Common questions
How thick should loft insulation be?
A total of 270mm is a common target, which is why 100mm between the joists and 170mm across them are often used together.
Can I board over loft insulation?
Don't squash it, because that reduces how well it works. If you want storage, raise the boards above the insulation.
How is delivery priced?
Delivery is £25 on orders under £275, £10 on orders from £275 to £400, and free over £400, all including VAT. Most items arrive in 2 to 3 working days, and 2-day delivery is £30 extra including VAT.
