Reisser R2 Cutter Woodscrews. Hardened Steel, Zinc & Yellow with a Teflon Lubrication. The sharp, wide, deep single thread has 2 slot cut outs making it ideal for working close to the edge of timber & board materials. The cuts dramatically reduce the possibility of splitting. No pilot hole required. The reinforced countersink has ribs and tucks underneath allowing the screw to self-countersink flush. A collar under the head reinforces the countersink & enables a deeper more positive drive. The cutter surface finish gives excellent resistance against corrosion. The invisible Teflon coating saves energy & speeds the screwing process. Special hardened steel gives the Reisser R2 cutter screw the recognised tensile & torsional strength.
