Application Guidelines:

Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and loose materials. Remove any existing paint where the adhesive will contact.

Priming: For porous surfaces like plaster or fiber cement board, prime with a diluted PVA solution (1:5 with water) and allow to dry thoroughly.

Application: Cut the cartridge tip without damaging the thread. Attach the nozzle and cut it at a 45° angle to match the joint size. Apply a 6mm diameter “zig-zag” bead along the length of the item to be bonded. For large panels, apply beads around the edge and across the panel at approximately 400mm intervals.

Bonding: Using a twisting action, press the surfaces together firmly for 30 seconds to maximize contact and adhesion.

Cleaning:

Uncured Adhesive: Remove using cloths lightly moistened with white spirit after carefully scraping off the bulk.

Cured Adhesive: Can only be removed mechanically (e.g., cutting, sanding, scraping).
