How long does a bag of plaster keep?
Plaster has a limited shelf life and goes off faster in damp conditions. Order close to when you need it and check the date on the bag.
Do I need scrim tape before skimming?
Yes, plasterboard joints are normally taped with scrim first to help stop cracks showing through.
