The paving samples are an offcut of the selected product and are aimed at giving an idea of the colours and textures. (typical sample size is 75mmx75mm or 100mmx100mm – sizes can vary).
Ordering Tips (+10% Rule):
We recommend ordering an additional 10% of paving, in line with industry standards, to allow for cuts, handling, and any breakages during transit or installation. Minor chips or slight damage to the paving can often still be used for cuts throughout the project.
Report Breakages:
Any breakages should be reported using the “ Report Breakage ” link. While replacements can usually be arranged, having the recommended extra material helps avoid delays and the need for small replacement orders, which are more susceptible to damage during transit.
